Role Overview:

We are seeking a Shop Supervisor for an initial period of 8 weeks, with flexibility for up to 4 days per week (28 hours) that can be adapted to suit individual needs. Your role involves managing day-to-day retail operations during the busy Christmas season, maintaining high retail standards, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting daily operations, including customer service, maintaining shop standards, sorting donations, visual merchandising, and cash handling

• Providing coverage in the absence of the lead manager, overseeing the volunteer team, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth shop operations
• Flexibility to work weekends, Bank Holidays, and additional hours based on shop needs

Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail or charity retail management
• Knowledge or experience in volunteer coordination is advantageous
