Childcare Solicitor – This very good client of ours has asked us to find them a further Childcare Solicitor to specialise in public law in their expanding childcare department.

About the Role
This medium sized, West Kent based practice with an excellent reputation locally, are now seeking a further Childcare Solicitor with experience of conducting public law litigation whilst undertaking their own advocacy. You will need a solid grasp on all aspects of Childcare matters and will need to have experience of advising and representing parents and other family members before Court Proceedings. Panel accreditation or aspirations to eventually join the Childcare Panel is highly desirable.

Candidate Requirements
You will need to have at least 3 years PQE, be able to show strong advocacy skills, the ability to work with a close-knit team and able to manage your time effectively due to Court commitments. Knowledge of the LAA and familiarity of their applications process is essential, as are quality client care skills.
